Privacy Policy

obot Cloud ("obot") is operated by evoleap, LLC ("evoleap", "we", "us"). This policy describes what we collect when you use obot Cloud and the obot agent, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account information — your name, work email address, and organization name, provided at signup or by the teammate who invited you. If you sign in with Microsoft or Google, we receive your name and email address from that identity provider; we never see your password, and we do not request access to your files, calendar, or contacts.
• Simulation data — the input files, results, and job metadata your organization submits. This data belongs to your organization, is stored isolated per tenant, and is never shared with other customers or used for anything except operating the service for you.
• Usage and diagnostics — page views, job counts, and service logs used to operate, secure, and improve the service.
• Billing — payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

How we use it

To provide and operate the service, secure it, communicate with you about it (transactional email such as invitations, confirmations, and service notices), and bill for it. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your simulation data to train anything.

Where it lives

obot Cloud runs on Microsoft Azure. Each organization's data is partitioned per tenant and protected in transit with TLS and at rest with Azure storage encryption.

Retention and deletion

Result files are retained per your organization's retention settings. When an organization is decommissioned, its data is purged after the notice period communicated to its administrators.
