Terms of Service

These terms govern use of obot Cloud ("the service"), operated by evoleap, LLC ("evoleap"). By creating an organization or accepting an invitation, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, if you create the organization, on behalf of that organization.

The service

obot Cloud schedules and monitors flow-assurance simulations on machines and licenses your organization owns. You are responsible for holding valid licenses for the simulation software (e.g. OLGA) that your machines run; obot does not grant or sublicense them.

Your data

Simulation inputs, results, and job metadata remain your organization's property. We process them only to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Accounts and acceptable use

• Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Don't attempt to access another organization's data, probe or disrupt the service, or use it to violate any law.
• Administrators control membership, roles, and data retention for their organization.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe under the pricing shown at purchase. Seats and plan changes take effect as described in the product. Invoiced (purchase-order) billing is available by arrangement and is subject to the payment terms on the invoice.

Availability and support

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without a guaranteed service level during beta. Support: support@evoleap.com.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend an organization for non-payment or material breach of these terms, with notice to its administrators. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period, after which data is retained and then purged per the notice schedule communicated to administrators.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, evoleap's aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim, and evoleap is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including the outcome of engineering decisions made using simulation results.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to organization administrators before taking effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA.
